- 신청서 오른쪽 윗면에'복학생'이라고 표기
Write "복학생 (Returning Student)" in the upper right corner of the form
- 컴퓨터(PC)로 작성, 서명란은 반드시 손글씨로 서명
Fill out on a computer (PC); signature must be handwritten
- 사진을 신청서 오른쪽 상단에 부착하여 제출
Attach the photo to the upper right corner of the form

Size: 3.5cm × 4.5cm, white background
- 6개월 이내 촬영한 천연색 정면 얼굴 사진

- 눈썹과 양쪽 귀가 잘 보이는 사진
Eyebrows and both ears must be clearly visible
- 기존 등록증 사진과 다른 새로운 사진 제출
Must be a new photo, different from your existing ARC photo
- 규격: 3.5cm × 4.5cm, 흰색 바탕
- 여권 원본 크기 사본 2부

- 여권 유효기간 최소 6개월 이상 필요
