방학 중 유학생 유의사항 안내 

Notice for International Students During Vacation  

 

 

 1. 아르바이트(시간제 취업) 유의사항  Part-time Employment Notice

■ 허용 업종 / Allowed Part-time Jobs

•       번역·통역 (보조 업무만)

-       Translation / Interpretation (assistant work only)

•       식당 직원 (주방·홀 보조)

-       Restaurant Staff (kitchen or hall assistant)

•       사무·학교 보조 업무

-       Office or School assistant

•       행사 도우미 등 단순·안전한 업무

-       Event helper and other simple & safe works

 

■ 금지 업종 / Prohibited Part-time Jobs

•       유흥업 (주점·클럽·노래방·주류 관련 업소)

-       Adult Entertainment (bars, clubs, karaoke, alcohol-related businesses)

•       유해·불법 업무 (건설·공장·위험 작업장·배달 라이더)

-       Hazardous/Illegal works (constructions, factory, dangerous workplaces, delivery riders)

•       안마시술소, 방문판매

-       Massage parlors, door-to-door sales

•       학원 강사 (교습 업무)

-       Teaching at Private Academies

※ 어학원 내 강의(교습) 불가 / 학습자료 준비·행정 보조 등 지원 업무만 허용

At Language Institutes: supportive work only (class materials, admin) — teaching NOT allowed

 

■ 근무 장소 제한 / Workplace Restriction

방학 중 / During Vacation	체류지로부터 대중교통 이용 1시간 이내 사업장  /  Within 1-hour commute (public transportation) from place of residence

  

■ 시간제 취업 허가 절차 / Part-time Work Permit Process

①  신청(택1) Apply(Choose one)

- 직접 신청: hikorea.go.kr → 민원 → 전자민원 → 시간제취업허가 신청

Self-apply: hikorea.go.kr → Petition → e-Petition → Part-time Work Permit

- 대행 신청: KOZY (수수료 10,000원) Agency application: via KOZY (fee: KRW 10,000)

②  허가 후: 허가결정통지서 출력 또는 스티커 부착 → 취업 현장 소지·제시

After permit: print or save permit on app — show at workplace

ARC sticker: obtained at Immigration Office when you visit — not required immediately, recommended

 

⚠  허가 없이 취업 시 강제출국·입국금지 등 중대 불이익 Unauthorized work = deportation risk. 

 

 2. 체류지 변경 시 변동신고  Address (Residence) Change Report

 

■ 신고 의무 / Reporting Obligation

•       체류지 변경 후 15일 이내 반드시 신고 (출입국관리법 제35조)

-       Must report within 15 days after moving (Immigration Control Act, Article 35)

•       기간 내 미신고 시 과태료 부과 (월 100,000~200,000원)

-       Late reporting: fine of KRW 100,000–200,000 per month

•       미신고 체류지는 비자 연장 심사 시 불이익 요인으로 작용

-       Unregistered address may negatively affect visa extension review

 

■ 제출 서류 / Required Documents

추가 서류  (타인 명의 시) Additional	거주 확인서 또는 체류지 확인서 (원본)  / Confirmation of Residence / Accommodation (original) 계약자 신분증 사본 (앞·뒤)  / Copy of contract holder's ID (front & back)

※ 계약자 본인이 아닌 타인 명의 숙소 거주 시 추가 서류 반드시 제출

Additional documents required if the housing contract is NOT under your own name

 

■ 신고 방법 / How to Report

•       온라인: hikorea.go.kr → 민원 → 전자민원 → 변동신고

-       Online: hikorea.go.kr → Petition → e-Petition → Report Changes

•       오프라인: 가까운 읍·면·동 주민센터 또는 출입국·외국인청 방문

-       Offline: Visit nearby community center or immigration office

 

⚠  방학 중 귀국하거나 기숙사 외 거주 시 반드시 주소 변경 신고를 완료하세요.  If you move out of dormitory or return home during vacation, update your registered address. ⚠  신고 기한(15일) 초과 시 과태료 부과 및 비자 연장 심사에 불이익이 생깁니다.  Failing to report within 15 days leads to fines and may affect your visa extension.
