📢 Visa Extension Notice for Students Whose Stay Expires in March 2026

Students whose visa expires in March 2026 must apply for an extension during the period below.

■ Application Period

March 3 (Tue) – March 13 (Fri), 2026, 10:00–17:00

■ Application Venue

Main Building, Global Lounge Room 128B

■ Required Documents

1. Application Form

2. Alien Registration Card (ARC)

3. Passport copy

4. Certificate of Enrollment(or Completion) / Academic Transcript

5. Financial Documents (if applicable)/ Letter of Explanation (if applicable; the form is available at the International Student Support Team office).

6. Tuition Payment Certificate

7. Proof of Residence in Korea

※ Financial documents required for: 

• - Exemptions: GKS students, Students with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher

  - Required for:

  1) Students whose GPA is below 2.0 in the last semester

  2) Students of Graduate School of Education(교육대학원)/ Future Convergence(미래융합대학원)/
  Master’s and Ph.D. students(Completed Credits) 

  3) Extended semester students

※ Important Notes

• Check the expiration date on the back of your ARC (may differ by nationality).

• If your passport will expire within 6 months, please renew it before applying.
