📢 Visa Extension Notice for Students Whose Stay Expires in March 2026

Students whose visa expires in March 2026 must apply for an extension during the period below.

■ Application Period

March 3 (Tue) – March 13 (Fri), 2026, 10:00–17:00

■ Application Venue

Main Building, Global Lounge Room 128B

■ Required Documents

1. Application Form

2. Alien Registration Card (ARC)

3. Passport copy

4. Certificate of Enrollment / Academic Transcript

5. Financial Documents (if applicable)

6. Tuition Payment Certificate

7. Proof of Residence in Korea

※ Financial documents required for:

• Students whose previous semester GPA AND overall GPA are both below 2.0
  → Must submit a bank balance certificate of KRW 8,000,000

•  

■ Fee: KRW 70,000

※ Important Notes

• Check the expiration date on the back of your ARC (may differ by nationality).

• If your passport will expire within 6 months, please renew it before applying.
