International Student Part-Time Work Permit Guideline

모든 외국인 유학생은 시간제취업(아르바이트)을 하기 전, 반드시 대학과 출입국관리사무소 양쪽의 허가를 받아야 합니다. 아래 자격 요건과 신청 절차를 확인하신 후, 필요 서류를 미리 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
All international students are required to obtain permission from both the university and the Immigration Office before engaging in part-time employment.

⏰ 신청은 근무 시작(예정)일로부터 최소 2주 전에 완료해야 합니다. Applications must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the intended start date of employment. |

| 3 | 모든 서류를 유학생지원팀으로 제출 Submit all necessary documents to the Office of International Student Support Team |
| 4 | 온라인(www.hikorea.go.kr) 신청 또는 천안출입국사무소 방문 예약 Apply online (www.hikorea.go.kr) or reserve a visit to the Cheonan Branch Immigration Office |
| 5 | 온라인(www.hikorea.go.kr)에서 허가 여부 결과 확인 Check the application result (approval or denial) online |

⚠ 시간제취업확인서·계약서·사업자등록증에 기재된 고용주명은 모두 동일해야 합니다.
The employer's name on the confirmation form, contract, and business registration certificate must be identical.
⚠ 근무 내용, 기간·시간, 시급, 장소는 반드시 구체적으로 명시해야 합니다.
Work description, period/hours, hourly wage, and location must be stated in detail.
⏱ 주당 허용 시간Allowed Time per Week
주당 허용 시간은 학위과정, 학년, 한국어능력 수준에 따라 다릅니다.
Allowed hours depend on the student's program, year, and Korean proficiency level.
※ 아래 "어학성적"은 한국어능력(TOPIK 등) 기준입니다. 영어트랙 학생은 하단 안내에 따라 영어능력시험 성적으로 대체할 수 있습니다.
"Korean score" below refers to Korean proficiency (e.g., TOPIK). English Track students may substitute an English test score — see the note below.

Post-coursework thesis students: up to 30 hours/week year-round
※ 근무지는 대학교(학기 중) 또는 거주지(방학 중) 기준 대중교통 1시간 이내
Workplace within a 1-hour commute from university (semester) or residence (vacation)
※ 모든 어학성적표는 신청 시점 기준 유효기간 이내여야 함
All score reports must be valid at the time of application

※ 업종 해당 여부가 불명확한 경우 계약 전 반드시 하이코리아(1345) 또는 관할 출입국·외국인청, 유학생지원팀에 먼저 확인하시기 바랍니다.
If a job's category is unclear, confirm with HiKorea (1345), the relevant Immigration Office, or the Office of International Student Support Team before signing a contract.

🚫 위반 시 행정처분 기준Administration Standard for Violators 허가 없이 근무한 경우Working without Permission
⚠ 제조업·건설업 무허가 시간제취업 적발 시, 횟수와 무관하게 강제출국 조치됨 허가는 받았으나 기준을 위반한 경우Violated the Approved Criteria
⚠ 위반자는 구직(D-10) 비자로의 자격 변경이 제한됨 |
